MB Fitness Studio provides a natural and practical way to build muscular and cardiovascular strength, for individuals of any physical fitness level. All sessions (sports conditioning, group classes and personal training) are built around functional training. This type of training adapts everyday (functional) movements into a comprehensive workout aimed at improving your core strength, balance, speed, agility and reaction time.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete interested in taking your skills to a new level, or a working professional, MB Fitness Studio can help you. Sessions are held throughout the week and on Saturday, allowing you to find the right class and time that suits your needs.
